Massachusetts newspapers The Boston Sun and the Boston Globe and the news website Boston.com published articles previewing the September Songs of Life public concert. For SMB's 2023 Artistic Project, Songs of Life, four local composers created new works based on stories and selections of music gathered from SMB's partner site listeners.
